Bank Connectivity to Bremer Bank

My QBO hasn't connected to our Bremer Bank accounts in nearly 9 months. The current issues are that instead of connecting with the main account to include all employee credit cards, it's only connecting to one card and it won't let me add additional or make changes. I tried disabling the connection and reconnecting but now the log-in to connect the bank is asking for a Company ID. Our bank has assured me in three separate phone calls that we do not have a Company ID. Anyone else a Bremer Bank customer and having these issues? I've reached out to customer support five times and reported the issue through the feedback option with no resolution.

I didn't want you to have this kind of experience, @JNelsonV. Let me provide you with tips to help you fix your bank connectivity in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears when setting up online banking, the system will only prompt you to enter your username and password. Usually, a financial institution has a variety of bank names on the list. Therefore, you must ensure that the bank URL you select is accurate. Verify your credentials by logging into your bank's website, copying the URL, and then paste it into QuickBooks, as you may have selected the wrong bank.

Here's how to connect your bank:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions
  2. Select Link Account.
  3. Enter the URL from the website in the Search field, then select the bank.
  4. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue
  5. Select the account you want to connect and the date to pull transactions from the dropdown. Then, click Next.
  6. Select your account type on the Account type in the dropdown, then choose Next.

I'll be adding these articles to further guide you on matching and reviewing downloaded bank and credit card transactions:

Please let me know if you have further questions regarding your bank connection. I'm here to assist. Take care.
