QB is not connecting to our bank SSFCU accounts for some reason, keeps giving an error message and try to reconnect and gives the error message 102 try back in a couple of hours.  But we can log into our SSFCU account online with no issues.  Need help in getting reconnected to the account so we can log transactions.

I'll provide information about error 102 and lay in a workaround so you can urgently manage your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), allseasons3.

Error 102 is a temporary error that indicates system maintenance or problems with your financial institution (FI). It prevents the system from connecting your bank account to QBO and could last within 24 hours.

Thus, I recommend visiting your bank's website again. Then, look for notifications or announcements about service maintenance. If there's any, I suggest reconnecting your bank account to QBO after 24 hours.

However, if there's none, let's open your account using a private browser to verify if this is a cache issue. Kindly follow the keyboard shortcut keys below to proceed.

  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

Whenever you can connect your bank to QBO using a private session, it confirms an issue with your regular browser. To fix this, please clear your browser's cache

Nevertheless, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser.
