Bank deposits not working in the mobile app, is there a fix to this yet?

Allow me to provide some information about this bank deposit on a mobile app. 

 

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to create a bank deposit while logged in on the mobile application. Having the ability to create bank deposits using a mobile app would be a great option. 

 

I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the suggestions we receive to meet the needs of our customers.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send a message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send a message.

 

In the meantime, you may consider entering your bank deposits by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a web browser.
