It's great to see you in the Community, AndrewA2.

I recognize the inconvenience of having to review individual deposits within your company. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps together to get the data you need.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides a convenient method for matching your records with your actual bank deposits. Start by combining the transactions you want in the Undeposited Funds account. Then, utilize the bank deposit feature to consolidate them.

Here's how:

  1. In your company, click the + New menu and choose Bank Deposit.
  2. From the Account ▼ dropdown, select the account where you want to put the money into.
  3. Tick the box for each entry you want to combine.
  4. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
  5. Press the Save and close button.

Refer to this link for more insights on the process: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online. The guide explains how to exclude a payment from a bank deposit and incorporate processing fees into the entry.

Organize your entries effectively by classifying them correctly. This will streamline the reconciliation process. Access the links below for guidance on how to accomplish these tasks:
