Bank Feed has wrong URL and QB won't let me modify it in the URL field. Where do you update the bank web address?

I can see what you've been working on to modify your bank URL, @jeanieCETS.

Since your bank has an incorrect URL in QuickBooks, I suggest disconnecting the old connection to input the new bank URL.

  1. Go to Lists and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Right-click the account you want to deactivate. Then select Edit Account.
  3. Go to the Bank Settings tab.
  4. Select Deactivate all online services and then OK to confirm.
  5. Select Save & Close.

Once all is good, you can now connect your bank with the correct URL while entering the bank credentials and start matching or adding them to your books.

On the other hand, you may consider checking with your bank as well. This is to ensure if the URL they created is the same as what QuickBooks Bank Feeds feature is using to get your transactions to our system.

Just in case you see an error or have difficulties disconnecting an account, here's how to fix Bank Feed errors.

I'll help out more if you have concerns about setting bank connections and managing your transactions. Don't forget to add other concerns you might have for QuickBooks Desktop. See you later and have a great Sunday morning.
