If you haven't, I'd recommend contacting our support team to have your name added to the affected users and receive emails with updates on the case. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click (?) Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Type a summary of your concern and click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us: select Start a Chat or Get a Callback.

Additionally, it's essential to reconcile your accounts regularly to match your bank and credit card statements.
