Bank feed is malfunctioning for credit returns only. The bank feed shows the same credit return from the bank several times each day.

Welcome to the Community space, Gillian. I'm here to provide information about your QuickBooks Online (QBO) bank feeds.

When you encounter duplicate transactions in QBO, you have two options to handle them - exclude or delete. If you exclude a transaction, it won't appear again in the bank feeds. However, if you delete it, QBO will recognize it as missing and download it again. To avoid reconciliation issues, I recommend excluding duplicates. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the Bank account tile.
  3. In the For review tab, tick the boxes of the duplicated transactions.
  4. Click Exclude.

Moreover, I suggest contacting your financial institution to check why your bank feeds are coming in as duplicates in QBO.

To further help you with your bank feeds, may I know your bank's name? This will help us verify if there are any ongoing connection issues.
