Bank Feed not showing QuickBooks balance

I used to see the bank balance as well as the QuickBooks balance side-by-side to see any reconciliation issues.  Somewhere along the way the QuickBooks balance dropped off.  I attached a pic to show the difference.  Others in my org still see both.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out for support here in the Community. I'm here to make sure you're able to view your QuickBooks balance once more.

 

I originally thought this could be a browser related issue. However, upon further research it appears there's an even easier fix. QuickBooks Online offers two views; Accountant and Business. There have been reports of the QuickBooks balance going missing when the platform is in Business View. Here's how to go back to the Accountant view:

 

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Switch to Accountant view, under the Profile section.

 

The following article provides additional info about switching between Business and Accountant view in QuickBooks Online.

 

Once you've done that your QuickBooks Balance should be visible once more. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions or concerns. Take care!
