How do I enable an account for Bank Feeds without logging into the online bank account? I already have the QBO files that I want to import using "Import Web Connect File". But I am not able to select the correct account because it is not set up for bank feeds.

I can guide you on how you can import a .qbo file in QuickBooks, RAM13.

There are two ways to set up an account for bank feeds. First is Direct Connect wherein you need to login into the account. The second one is Web Connect where you can import bank transactions. I'll show you how you can import your .qbo files.

These are the steps for Web Connect:

1. Click the Banking menu, then select Bank Feeds.

2. Choose Import Web Connect Files.

3. Locate the QBO file you save, then click Open.

4. When prompted to select Bank Account, choose Create a new QuickBooks account to ensure the transaction is linked to the correct account.

5. Hit Continue. You'll see a dialogue box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks. Select OK.

6. Go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.

Here's how for Direct Connect:

1. From Banking, then select Bank Feeds.

2. Choose Set up Bank Feeds for an account.

3. In the Enter your Bank’s name field, enter and select your bank.

4. Click the Enrollment site link. if you're not enrolled.

5. Select Continue if you're already enrolled.

6. Enter your Online Banking ID and Password.

7. Hit Connect to connect your QuickBooks to your bank's server.

8. Click the bank account you want to connect

9. Select Finish after the connection finishes.

Feel free to check the guides here if you want to add and match Bank Feeds transactions.
