I'll help you reconnect your bank account on QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Before we start, I'd like to know if a specific error message is shown when reconnecting your banks. 

Please know that Citi Card and Citizens Bank are still one of the financial institutions supported by QBDT. There are various reasons why you're unable to reconnect your bank in QBDT.

You can refer to the information below:

• The bank could be undergoing system maintenance, temporarily affecting connectivity.
• Some banks may have multiple names in our system, so ensure you select the correct one or try all possible bank URLs.

To fix this, update your bank's directory in QBDT. Before you begin, ensure to follow these things:

• Back up your QuickBooks company file.
• Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
• Make sure you have a supported version of QuickBooks.

You can follow these steps to update the bank's directory:

1. Update your bank account automatically by selecting Bank Feeds from the Banking tab. Then, click Bank Feed Center.
2. Select Refresh account(s) or pick Sync all for this bank from the dropdown.

After that, if the same issue happens, I suggest signing in to your online banking account to check some banking maintenance notifications to see if the error originated in your institution and learn the solutions to fix the connection.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to continue working on your banking tasks in QBDT.
