My checking account with Addition Financial will not load any transactions since November 2021. I have checked the banks website and everything is ok there, no changes. I have tried manually updating on QB but this and my savings wont update past last November. All other bank (credit cards) feeds, out of seven, are up to date. It is showing the same on my mobile app for QBO. I am using the web version of QBO instead of the app on my PC if that matters. Thanks in advance - I am desperate since taxes are due soon :(

I understand how it felt when transactions are not updating during tax season, melanie derwinis.

 

As I checked, there's an investigation regarding your Addition Finance account. 

 

As a workaround, you'll have to upload transactions manually. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. From the Banking or Transactions tab, select Banking.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
  3. Click the Link account drop-down and select Upload from file.
  4. Select Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
  5. Select the bank account.
  6. Match the columns with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  7. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next.
  8. Select and then Let's go.

 

Afterward, you're good to categorize the transactions. Here's are references for the complete steps to do it:
