Bank Fees

Hello!  I have 2 bank fees that show on my credit card statement, but I was never charged by the bank.  When I try to reconcile my credit card register, it won't balance due to these 2 uncharged fees.  Has anyone had this happen, and if so how did you rectify?  I thought about adjusting my beginning balance, but am concerned that may cause more problems.

Here in QuickBooks Online, we don't have any control over your credit card statement. I recommend contacting your bank to remove the bank fees added to your credit card statement. After that, you can delete those transactions in your QuickBooks Account.

 

You can refer to this article about how to void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online. Once done, you can then proceed to reconcile your credit card account.
