Bank is linked to QB, automatically links my bank card, but it reads as credit. So it's giving me false data, a liability when it's an asset. How do I change it to cash?

We can change an account name to your preference. Here's how:

1. Navigate in the left pane, and click Accounting.
2. Select Chart of Accounts, then locate the account you want to edit.
3. Click Edit under drop-down arrow next to View register. 
4. Select the Cash on hand in the Detail Type.
5. Edit the Account Name, then click Save and Close.
