Question

Bank is saying I need to register a data file to process online transactions. How do I do that? This was working 3 days ago.

Hi @smithneil5,

 

Thanks for visiting us here today. Your bank may running some updates. You can manually update your bank account to sync the update. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Banking, and then tap the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the bank account.
  3. Click Update.

Next, log in to your bank in QuickBooks. 

 

  1. From the Banking tab, tick the Pencil icon.
  2. Click Edit sign in info.
  3. Enter login credentials and follow the rest of prompt.
