Bank of America new Connection

I just made the switch to the new connection for Bank of America. I already knew transfers were not going to work. Not happy about that. However, after reconnecting and matching deposits, they clear from the bank feed page... then show up again as if never matched. has anyone else seen this? I have no way to clear them now, other than to delete them from the list, which is silly at best. Maybe I'm missing something?

I appreciate you coming here with your concern about Bank of America's new connection. I can share some insight into the situation you're having in your QuickBooks Desktop account. 

 

After researching this issue further, I've discovered this is an on-going investigation. Meaning that you and other users are having the same problem. 

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can you get added to the list of affected users. Afterwards, you'll receive updates about this via email. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Choose the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Press the Contact Us hyperlink/button. 
  4. Give a brief description of the problem (INV number: 78312) and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback

 

It's that easy! 

 

Keep us updated on how the call goes. It's my priority that you're able to not see these transactions after matching them. Bye for now!
