Let me provide an idea about missing transactions in the bank register, @wil4022.

To begin, let's open and check your Audit Log. This is to verify if someone deleted the entry that caused its disappearance.

Here's how:

  1. Proceed to the Settings ⚙ menu and choose Audit Log.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to select the suitable UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Lastly, click Apply.

If the results show the missing transactions, you may re-enter the transactions in your account. If not, use the Magnifying Glass to search for the entries in the register. For detailed steps, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Input the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then choose the desired transaction.
  3. If the transaction you're looking for does not appear on the results list, select Advanced Search.
  4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want.
  5. Click Add Filter.

Otherwise, run a report to see the transactions you manually created in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've attached an article that will guide you on how to edit transactions in an account register: Find, review, and edit entries in account registers.
