Bank Register not matching categorized transactions

In my creditcard categorized transactions  it shows  26 entries but only 2 of them are transfers from my chequing account, yet my credit card is reconciled with 0 balance in both Quickbooks  and bank account.

When I go to bank register of credit card it there are 38 transactions and  does show all the payments from my 

 

Why the discrepancy?

 

Editing this message to state that I already tried running quickbooks online in incognito mode and get the same result

Let me give you some insights as to why transactions can't find their match. Here are some: 

 

  • The payees don’t match
  • The amounts don't match
  • The dates don't match or is not close
  • The transaction is older than 6 months.
    Tip: You can still find a match when you select the Find match section
  • The bank account on the payment is not the same as the bank where the match is located
  • The payment has been reconciled
  • The transaction is already matched to something else
  • There’s a multi-currency issue with the exchange rates

 

Also, QuickBooks makes a match if the bank feeds and the transactions that you've manually entered in the register have the same information (ex. check numbers, amounts, dates, and payees).

 

To ensure the matches are correct, I recommend creating banking rules. For more details, I suggest checking this article's Optional - Create rules to categorize transactions section: Add and Match Bank Feed Transactions
