Bank Register Scrolling

When I am editing an item in my bank register and I have scrolled way down the page. After editing the item the bank register reopens all the way back at the beginning then I have to scroll all the way back down again. Is there any way to set the bank register to re open where I left off instead?

I understand the importance of finding the item easily after you edit it in your bank register in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share an insight about this feature you want to have in your QuickBooks account.

 

Currently, the option to automatically continue or resume where you left off after editing an item in your bank register is unavailable. You'll have to manually scroll down and up or sort the lists by clicking the arrows per column. You can also click the drop-down button above the date to easily find the item. For now, I recommend sending feedback. Your feedback will help us improve your QBO experience and will be shared with our Product Development Team.

 

Here's how:

  1. At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, select Next to submit a feedback.
