Question

bank transactions

I connected my bank accounts to quickbooks.  I pulled in transactions starting on 01-01-2023.  When I went to the transaction tab there are transactions starting in 2021.  I clicked all of them and used the 'exclude' option and they went away.  But the next time I logged in they were back. Any idea how to fix this?

Welcome to the Community, @cdaley86.

For me to be able to address your concern, I'd appreciate it if you provide us with more information. What specific bank transactions are you trying to exclude? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, you may perform basic troubleshooting to determine if the issue is related to your browser. To begin, please open an incognito window to prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on what type of browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If there's no error while using the private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. On the other hand, if the issue persists, you may use an alternative browser to access your QuickBooks Online account.
