Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about the missing transactions in QuickBooks. Rest assured, our Product Engineers are working on determining the root cause of this issue and released a permanent resolution.

Meanwhile, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so you'd be added to the affected user's list. Just provide your name, updated email address, and the investigation number INV-56658. This way, you'd be notified right away once there are released updates.

1. Go to the Help (?)menu.
2. Select the Contact Us button.
3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? Field.
4. Click Let’s talk.
5. Choose to Get a callback.
