Question

Bank transactions are missing for 03/29/2023 to 05/04/2023. Some transactions are visible but a lot is missing, almost the whole month of April.

I have tried uploading a CVS bank file but am unable too. I am also worried about multiplying other transactions that are already there as I cannot seem to download specific dates from my bank. Please help!

You can modify the banking files from Excel and download them in QuickBooks Online, @elo409. Let me show you the process.

 

Before that, may I ask what your banking institution is? Did you encounter an error message while doing the uploading procedure? It will be much appreciated if you can provide us with more details.

 

Moving forward, you can combine all the banking transactions into an Excel file. This way, you can modify and choose the data to include to avoid the duplicate. It will let you add or combine the date.
