Bank Transactions - blank screen under bank tiles

Running into the same issue described here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/banking-currency/what-is-wrong-with-qbo/01/1547850#M6550

 

Under the Bank Transactions screen, I can see the bank tiles/cards but no transaction data - only a blank white screen is displayed.

 

I have already cleared my cache, tried different browsers and incognito mode - this does not fix the issue.

How can I resolve this?
