Bank transactions do not linked

QuickBooks does not link all my bank transactions. Does anybody have the same issue?

Before we begin, I'd like to verify your bank's name and inquire if you encounter errors while reviewing your transactions. Any additional information will be much appreciated for us to offer the appropriate resolution.

 

You can start troubleshooting by manually updating your account to bring in transactions and refresh the connection between your bank and the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for your linked account.
  3. Click the Update button.  

 

After that, sign in to your bank's website to check your account page for messages or alerts that need your attention. Once you make changes on the website (for example, login credentials and account info), update QuickBooks as well. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the blue tile for your linked bank account.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Choose either Edit sign-in info or Edit account info.

If this matter continues, you can download your missing transactions manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks.

Thank you so much for your guide. I am using Chase bank and have errors while updating the bank transactions. I followed your steps but the transactions are not going through still. It only connects the credit card payment and the some kind of expense like Intuit subscription. I notice that it does not connect the expenses we paid to our oversee vendors (like Alibaba or Musuvi from Japan, etc.). I wonder if it is the reason. Do you have any thought on this? Please advise. Thank you.

1. Click the Help (?) button.
2. Select either tab to get started:
