Bank Transactions Matching on/off not found in settings.

Does anyone know why my QBO does not have an on/off option in Bank Transactions/Categorize/Settings? This matching between Band accounts is driving me nuts.

If you're referring to the option to turn On and Off transactions downloaded that get automatically matched with transactions inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, know the option you're trying to access is unavailable. The system can detect if you have transactions containing the same amount and details, and it will automatically match them to the link transactions inside the account.

 

You can send a feature recommendation to our Engineers to prevent the system from automatically detecting and matching transactions inside QBO. We'll write down the steps:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
