Hi there, @Owasiron

Thanks for visiting the Community today. Let's fix your bank feeds to restore all your transactions from May 2.

There are several reasons why the bank feeds stop updating in QuickBooks. It could be one of the following:

  • The issue may be on the bank’s end.
  • You've recently updated anything on your bank’s website, like your account number, username, or password.
  • You've encountered bank errors. This often blocks QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.

As an initial step to identify the issue, let's update your bank feeds manually in QuickBooks. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then select Transactions.
  2. Go to Bank transactions, then click Update.
  3. Check to see if the number of transactions increases. If you see a pop-up about additional authentication, follow the on-screen steps to continue.

If it's not updating, I recommend signing in to your bank’s website to check for any of the following:

  • Messages, notifications, or alerts.
  • Any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  • Announcements about new security requirements.

For more insights, you can follow Step 3: Update your bank info in QuickBooks outlined in this help article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also includes links to fix specific download errors.

If none of the steps help with your situation, I appreciate it if you can tell me the name of your bank and the specific error message you received. That way, I can check our records for any reported issue or if there's an ongoing investigation.

I look forward to hearing updates from you about your banking concerns. I'll be here to guide you once more. Take care!

@Owasiron

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
