Bank transactions not showing up from linked bank account

My Chase bank account is linked to my Quickbooks account.  I just have to update and all my transactions appear so i can categorize them for my P&L.  But 9/24/23 through 12/22/23 do not show up at all, even after updating.  How do i get them to be pulled over?

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation into Chase Bank's missing transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Please be informed that our online banking team is collaborating with your bank to investigate the root cause of the issue with your transactions not updating. Consequently, you may reach out to our Customer Care Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. We would like to assure you that you will receive an email notification as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to Help (?), then click Search.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Please enter your question and tap Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with a live support agent: Have us call you or Chat with us.

Has this been resolved yet? Trying to do my taxes and really need to be able to access/have this info uploaded.

I appreciate you joining this thread and looking into the issue, Leahm. Let me give you some updates.

 

At present, the status of the banking updates investigation is still in progress. I recommend contacting our Banking Support to add you to the list of affected users and to determine the main root of the issue, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a safe environment and will give you a fix. Once added, you will receive email notifications for every update.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab. Then, Contact Us.
  3. Choose a general topic where your concern falls. Or, click Ask about something else.
  4. Explain your issue in words. Once done, tap Continue.
  5. Pick how you want to connect with us: Chat or Callback.

 

In the meantime, you may download the transaction from your bank and manually import it into QuickBooks to continue managing your taxes. Here is a step-by-step guide on manually importing the transaction.

 

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the Link Account dropdown and choose Upload from the file.
  3. Choose either Drag and drop or Select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click on Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions and click Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then click Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you want to import and click on Continue.
  7. Confirm the selection by clicking Yes.
  8. Finally, click on Done.
