Hi there, ginanguyendenton.
I appreciate the things you've done. I know how this process takes time when you're unable to download bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out.
To start, I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection.
To do that:
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Click on the bank account that you're working with.
- Select Update.

If the issue still persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-specific issue.
Access your QBO account in a private window. This allows the program to run without storing cache or cookies that might cause some problems when running Intuit sites.
Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Ctrl + Option +P if you're using Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge
Once done, go back to your account and click the Update button. If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This will refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser.
