First, please follow these steps to disable two-step verification:

1. Complete the Proof of identity form found on the link.
   1. You'll be asked to attach a clear copy of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document when completing the form.
   2. Once the file is uploaded, select Submit.
2. Once you receive a notification that your phone number is updated, sign in to your Intuit Account.
3. Select Sign in & security.
4. Select 2-step verification.
5. Turn off the Use 2-step verification switch.
6. Enter your account password, then select Continue.
7. A message reads that 2-step verification is now off. You’ll also receive an email confirming your security preference update.

After this, let's update your phone number:

1. Fill out the form through this link and include your updated phone number in the Phone Number field: Recover your account when you can't sign in.
2. Make sure to check the box that says Please add my phone number to my account.
3. Submit the form.
