Banking Connection

Hello, I've been getting the attached error message despite completing a secure connection with the bank. Bank feeds were working fine for the last 3 years but studently got disconnected. However, after completing a 'secure connection' via text authentication, the error message continues to appear. Wondering if this is a QBO defect or if there's something I need to do.

You've got me here to ensure that you'll be able to connect your bank account successfully in QuickBooks Online.

 

If your financial institution is Navy Federal Credit Union we have an open investigation when connecting the account. Rest assured, that our engineering team is working to identify the cause to provide a solution. They'll provide updates regarding the status of this issue through an email. To be added to the list of affected users, you'll need to contact our Online Support.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

Please feel free to check our support hours to ensure we can address your concern quickly.

 

But if it's not, I'd recommend logging in to your account via incognito to isolate the error message. These browsers won't collect any cache and cookies.

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once logged in, try to authenticate again to verify if it's already working well. If you're able to do so, please go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to speed up your browser. Using other supported browsers is a good option too.
