I understand that you have already contacted our support team in QuickBooks Online (QBO), LMCAssoc. And have been added to the list of affected users. I can help you with your concerns.

To get an update on your concern, I suggest reaching out to our support team for follow-up and updates. Meanwhile, you can use the following workaround to upload your transactions manually:

1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.

2. Select the blue tile for the account where you want to upload the transactions. Then click on the Link account▼ dropdown and select Upload from the file.

4. Select Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue. 

5. In the QuickBooks account▼ dropdown, select the account where you want to upload the transactions. Then, select Continue. If you don't see one, select Add New ▼ from the dropdown to create a new bank account. 

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, select Continue. 

7. Select the transactions you want to import. Then, click Continue. Select Yes. Choose Done.

Moving forward, if our product engineers resolve this issue, you may exclude the bank transactions that you manually uploaded to your bank transaction page to avoid any duplicate transactions. Here is how you can exclude a transaction in QBO:  

1. First, go to Transactions and then select Bank Transactions. 

2. Next, select the For Review tab. 

3. After that, select the checkbox of the transactions that you want to exclude. Finally, click on Exclude.
