Banking info not updating

Can you share with me the name of the bank you're trying to update in QuickBooks Online? Also, can you help me identify if the issue you're referring to is about updating the actual banking info in the COA or if the bank feeds itself (downloaded banking transactions).

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
