Question

Banking no longer shows my credit card accounts

All but one of my credit cards are no longer available when I click "Banking".  I used to be able to manually upload as needed, but now I can't since the credit card isn't on the Banking page, which is where I would Manually Upload.  I also can't automatically connect my bank, as it's not one of the choices that QB shows. I'm using QBOnline.

I’m here to help rectify the issue so you can continue to upload in QuickBooks, @PDPllc

Can you tell me the name of your bank? That way, I can check here if there’s any reported situation like yours.

We can perform some steps here to get this resolve. There are times unexpected behavior like missing accounts are caused by browser-related issues. You can access your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the key shortcuts below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once signed in, check if they're now showing on the Banking page. If yes, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also utilize other supported browsers as an alternative.

Here are complete instructions to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks. This reference also provides information to categorize and reconcile them.

Give that a shot, and let me know if you need additional assistance with banking. I'll be here to help. Always take care!
