I'm new to QB online. I've linked my bank accounts. My personal account is visible but not my business account from the dropdown menu.

 

Any suggestions on how to find my business checking account?

I'll ensure that the Banking page shows your business checking account.

 

Once you've connected to QuickBooks Online, your bank should appear on the Banking page. Even if you manually import bank transactions, the bank account also shows up there.

 

Your inability to view your business checking account may be because of a browser-related problem. Let's isolate this by accessing your account on a private or incognito window.

 

Here are the shortcut keys to use:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Clear the cache in your regular browser if everything works fine in the private browser. You can also use different supported browsers that are available on your computer.
