Banking won’t connect!

I have two companies on QBO. Same bank, separate accounts. One works and the other stopped syncing on 1/10. Hellllppppp!!!

There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online, to act weirdly. And can be the reason why you're unable to connect and update your bank accounts.

 

To begin with, may I know the name of your bank? Let's consider QBO using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

 

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to Update your transactions connected to online banking. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
