Beginning balance is off 40,310.00 because a transaction was added after reconciled how do we fix ithout undoing the reocncilation

I can share some couple information  on how you to reconcile your account.

Any change to a transaction's reconciliation status other than the amount and account will not affect its status. You can directly edit the reconciled transaction and change it's category. 

1. Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the bank account from the list and click View register.
3. Locate and select the transaction you want to change, then hit Edit.
4. Change the category or description, then click Save. 
5. Select Yes to confirm the changes.
6. Repeat the steps for the rest of the transactions you want to edit.
