Hello,

I just got QBO advanced for the purpose of bulk billing and it turns out that the feature is half-baked. It has a mapping for bill date on a csv file, but it does not go through and it needs to be entered manually. This defeats the whole purpose. It needs to be fixed pronto.

I found out the issue. Not sure why no one was able to figure it out.

The date format must be MM/DD/YYYY. Other similar formats will not work.

If you are running a SaaS company, consider having a subscription management app to integrate with QBO.

This issue needs to be taken more seriously. This is not just a feedback issue. The whole CSV import for bills is wrong when it has a mapping for bill date that does not come through.
