Bill.com
My client uses bill.com for his accounts payable. His bank got bought out by Banner Bank. I set up a new bank account in QB and bill.com. Now I am showing 2 transactions from bill.com, one is for the expense and the other is a journal entry for the same amount. The expense is posted to the bill.com clearing account. The JE is crediting the bank account and debiting the clearing account. This is causing the bank account in QB to be off. I think something is not mapped correctly. Bill.com told me to talk to QB. Has anyone had this happen before? How should it be mapped? I looked in bill.com under preferences and Banner Bank is the bank account listed along with the clearing account.
