When I try and pull-up my bank feeds center on Quickbooks desktop, all I get is a big ⚫️ dot. I’ve restarted desktop and restarted my computer. Any ideas?

Joining you here to help with concern with online banking, LewLew81.

Apart from the black dot, are you encountering any error messages as well? Meanwhile, I'll provide you with a set of instructions that can help address some of the most common banking issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

First, make sure you're using a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop.

Next, you have the option to utilize the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool is designed to address minor glitches and some of the most common QuickBooks Desktop issues. Here's how:

  1. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). You can look it up in your Downloads folder or in the location you selected when you downloaded it.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  5. Once opened, look for Program Problems, then select Quick Fix my Program.
  6. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

Please check out this article for additional details: Fix Common Problems and Errors With the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

After that, go back to your Bank Feeds to verify whether the black dot is no longer visible.

Additionally, I'd like to provide you with these extra references that can offer further assistance when you're in the process of downloading your banking transactions:
