I can help you in finding your missing bank transactions, Eddie.

If these transactions are already categorized or added to QuickBooks, you can go to your bank register or the Categorized tab from the Banking page to find the transactions.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click on Transactions or Banking at the left pane.
  3. Go to the Banking page.
  4. Select your bank, then go to the Categorized column.
  5. Review the transactions from there.

If the entries are missing, they might be excluded from your account. If that's the case, you can upload them manually by preparing an Excel CSV file. I'm adding this link as your reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Just in case your bank sends incomplete or missing entries, you can update your bank manually to refresh and bring the transactions to QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Select your account from the Banking page.
  2. Tap on Update.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.

Once settled, you can reconcile your account to keep your books and balances in place.
