Question

Can anyone help me reverse a sync of hours from BigTime to QBO? My links were not set up properly and I have 3,900 hours that are incorrectly posted.

When I run Time Activities by Employee report and click on one of the entries, I get the following error: Time entry details Something happened on our end We’re working on it. Refresh your screen or try again in a few minutes This has been happening since the sync - 4 days ago

I'm here to offer help and share how you can reverse the hour of your employee's time activity, @julieh95610.

We don't have a direct view of any third-party application integrated with QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend contacting the Technical Support team of BigTime.

With their tools, one specialist can update and fix the setup of your links to determine why you're receiving an error message while reviewing a time activity. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Click Bigtime to open the overview.
  3. Under App Information, select the method you can use to contact a specialist.

I'm adding this reference for a list of articles with tips and guides you're able to utilize while working with your employee's payroll: Get Help with QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Get back in touch with me if ever you need my assistance in managing your employee's time activity. I've got your back. Take care and stay safe!

I have spent hours in chats and phone calls - caught in the loop for a total of 8 hours on Tuesday and Wednesday - with both QBO and BigTime.  Each of you points to the other application as the company that needs to 'fix' this problem. I am currently unable to trust the information in QBO

When I run a time report, then click on one of the incorrect entries, I get this error message:

Something happened on our end
We’re working on it. Refresh your screen or try again in a few minutes.
This says to me that QBO is aware of the issue and that you are working on a fix.  Is that not correct?
