Question

Can anyone tell me how to add a bank account to QuicBooks, which was in the program but did not reflect the transactions? Probably was connected to another account.

trying to disconnect the unnecessary account I lost the necessary account which now i can't link, how to proceed?

Before you connect your bank to online banking in QBO, it's important to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions.

 

If the transactions download to one account, you should only connect to the parent account. However, if the bank transactions need to show in the individual accounts, you'll need to connect them one at a time. This way, you'll see the account balances for each register. Hello, Mirriam, I followed the instructions but unfortunately it did not work. Most often when connecting it gives the following error. I send you a photo of the error. On the advice of the assistant with whom we spoke yesterday, I tried to connect by different browser but no result. 

 

Sorry, an expected error has occurred. We could not fetch your accounts from your bank.
