I've got you covered, William Schrader.

At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a specific option to count the total number of transactions you've entered over a period of time.

As a workaround, you can run and customize the Transaction Detail by Account report to a particular type of transaction and report period. Then, export it to Excel. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. In the Report period section, select the date range of the report you want to view.
  5. Under Filter, select the transaction type.
  6. Select Run report.
  7. Click the Export icon.
  8. Choose Export to Excel.
  9. There, you're able to count the number of transactions.
