Can anyone tell me what this message means? The transaction you are editing is linked to others. Are you sure you want to modify it?

I'm here to answer your question about the message that you receive. 

This warning gives you a chance to save the changes or exit without saving the changes.

It means that the transaction you're modifying is already linked to a different transaction. For example, you are editing a purchase order that's already converted to a bill. When getting this prompt message, clicking Yes saves the transactions.

Once done, you can run the Audit log report. This report helps keep track of added, deleted, and modified transactions, as well as user entries. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Tools section, select Audit log.
3. Filter the report.
4. Click Apply.
