You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Yes you can, support.

The procedure will vary based on what situation you are facing at the moment. I'll provide a few scenarios to assist.

If you manually add or import the transactions you can run transaction report and filter the date to 2023. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Next, type Transaction List by Date in the Find report by name field.
  3. Open it and set the correct date range.

If you recently renewed your subscription after it was canceled and would like to access transactions from 2023, you can do so within 365 days of the cancellation date. For instance, you could still access those 2023 transactions if you cancelled in February of last year and then resubscribed in January of 2024.

However, if the transactions are from the bank you wish to connect to QBO, please know that the program will only downloads 90 days worth of transactions. As such, there may not be many 2023 transactions visible.

If you're referring to something else, don't hesitate to add a reply below.

Additionally, it's best to perform the reconciliation process regularly to ensure your QuickBooks balance matches your real-life bank account. For detailed steps, check this article: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

I'm just around the corner to help if you have any other concerns about accessing your transactions. Have a good day ahead.
