Yes, you can, SharonSyr.

I can walk you through disconnecting and connecting the account from the bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.

Before disconnecting the account, make sure to add and match all the pending transactions in the Banking page. Please note that disconnecting the automatic online banking updates will delete any transactions in the For Review tab.

To disconnect an account:

  1. Navigate the Banking menu and select Banking.
  2. Choose the account you want to change, and then click Edit (pencil icon).
  3. Click Edit account info.
  4. In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Once done, proceed with connecting the proper account to QBO.
