Can i change a transaction

Of course! You can modify the amount of a certain transaction, scottbreault-aol. 

QuickBooks offers two ways to locate your transaction so you can edit it. You can either use the Magnifying glass or Advanced search feature in QBO. I'll show you how.

To use the magnifying glass:

1. Click on the Magnifying glass.
2. Choose the transaction to open it.
3. Once open, modify the amount.
4. Select Save.

If the transaction you're looking doesn't appear on the result lists, you can use the Advanced Search. Here are the steps:

1. Click on the Magnifying glass.
2. Click Advanced Search.
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select the type of transaction you want.
4. Once you’re ready, click on the Search button.

With these instructions, you're now able to change the wrong amount of the transaction entered on QuickBooks Online.
