Can I change to another bookkeeper?

To change an accountant, you may need to delete the old accountant's information. I'll walk you through how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
2. Highlight the name of the user you wish to delete.
3. On the bottom right of that field, click Delete.
4. You will now get this message: Are you sure you want to delete?
5. Click Yes. 

To give access to a new bookkeeper, you can follow these steps:

1. Choose the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
2. Under Accounting Firms at the bottom of the page, click Invite Accountant.
3. Enter Accountant's email address.
4. Click Next then Finish.

Have your accountant check her/his email and accept the invitation through the email link.
