Can i confirm the amount of test debited from by bank to activate my electronic debit. where do i go?

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Direct Deposit activation. The steps may vary depending on your payroll subscription with us.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced, this is how you confirm the test debits:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
2. Choose Finish payroll tasks on the main Employees page.
3. Press Verify the test deposit now.
4. Enter the test transaction amount in both boxes, without a dollar sign or decimal point.
5. Click OK.

For other QuickBooks Online versions, follow the steps below:

1. On the payroll Payroll menu, click on Overview.
2. Go to your To Do List, then select Let's Go on Check your account for a small deposit, then verify.
3. CHoose Verify your account.
4. Input and confirm the amount of the test transaction from your bank account.

If the there's no New payroll tasks button, here's another way to verify test transaction:

1.     Go to Settings ⚙, then Payroll Settings.
2.     Under Bank Accounts, select Company.
3.     Select Verify Account, then enter and confirm amount.
