Can I connect by Quickbooks to a Mailchimp account?

Yes, we can connect QuickBooks to your Mailchimp account, deb. 

Beforehand, it's important to note that we can only link one QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to one Mailchimp account.  

The integration imports the following information: 

• Customer name, email, business address, and phone number  
• Any transaction and invoice data connected to that customer.  

During the integration, you will choose the audience you want your QuickBooks customer and invoice data to sync with.   

Subsequently, when the data syncs, your QuickBooks customers will be imported as new contacts for the selected audience in Mailchimp. These new contacts will be tagged as QuickBooks Online contacts in Mailchimp, simplifying their identification for specific marketing efforts. 

To set up the integration between QuickBooks and Mailchimp, follow these steps: 

1. In your Mailchimp account, select the Integrations icon.
2. Select Mailchimp for QuickBooks Online. 
3. In the Select an audience field, choose the dropdown menu. Then, pick the Mailchimp audience you want to sync your QuickBooks Online customers to.
4. From the Select contact status field, click the dropdown menu. Then, choose the status that you want for your new QuickBooks contacts.
5. Select Connect to QuickBooks. 
6. Enter your QuickBooks login info in the Email or user ID and Password fields and then Sign In.  
7. If you have more than one QBO account, choose a company and hit Next.     
8. Read the permissions and then click Connect to import your contacts. All future syncs for new customers or transactions will happen automatically. 

This integration allows you to sync your QuickBooks customer and invoice data with your chosen Mailchimp audience, enabling you to manage marketing campaigns and customer engagements effectively.
