Can I correct my Quickbook Online Balance to match my Bank Balance?

There can be many different reasons that your QuickBooks bank balance doesn't match your actual bank balance, such as: 

• Outstanding transactions
• New transactions for a connected account
• Duplicate transactions
• Edited or deleted transactions
• Credit card (liability) account

If you notice this is one of the reasons your accounts aren't matching, you can check out Fix issues for accounts you've reconciled in the past in QuickBooks Online for resolutions to resolve this matter. 

However, please know that it's always best to have your accounting professional to review your books. Your accountant can ensure your accounts match and get them reconciled correctly. If you don't have an accountant, don't sweat it. You can find one here in our Resource Center.
